super intrusive, confusing, and annoying. I would like to see an add-on that simply puts an icons (like a star, etc) in the margin next to Google search results that having a matching bookmark. No other crap.

Besides that it had some styling errors which I just fixed, there was always a minimize option. You CAN see just simply icons and even more, you can set this option per site, domain, tab and even more.
