发布于 6 年前Pls. update to latest v 15.7, whenever youtube changes code every downloader out their breaks. This time it took longer for me to fix and then ever longer for mozilla to review and approve the update. It worked so fine before update to 15.2, but now so so so slowly and the button just tell PLS. This can take time, so even after more than an hour, we deactivated and found another to use. SO SAD, we liked it!开发者回应

- 评分 4 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 15073555，6 年前Worked find, *after* paying for Pro, a onetime upgrade. Not it requires another re-payment to work. Their support page just says - we do not monitor this page. Their payment page, says you can select any donation amount, but only allows $30 - too bad the company and support are so bad.

When I try to download 720p files are empty - no longer valid. 15.7 fixed the problem. Still waiting for free 1080p download.开发者回应

- 评分 4 / 5来自 Delboy666，6 年前Ok firstly I should point out it worked for half a day after I made a PayPal Donation to get the PRO version in the morning then stopped working and asked me to make ANOTHER donation for the PRO version in the afternoon.
I am sure I am an exception rather than the rule and I have contacted them over the issue. I type this so others are aware there can be issues.
Having said that I now have it working again after being e-mailed an activation link following my complaint. I found the support to be be pretty good.
