I am happy to say the new desktop app works great, and I am very pleased with it. Also, the customer service he provides is outstanding. He replies quickly and always provides any clarification I may need. Again, I'm very happy with the new desktop app version!

Plus the few times I have had technical issues I have recieved assistance within a day or two with easy to understand instructions that work.
