Hi, I've released an update (version 3.23, exactly I've uploaded the new update on 2nd November – 7 days ago– as you can see on the website https://www.emojiaddon.com/news/ or on GitHub).
But the delay on publishing is due to Mozilla because of the add-on is "Firefox Recommended" and the revision process is longer (it has to be checked manually from a developer).

I'm so sorry about the inconvenience, when the update will be published, you'll find all emojis until the latest version (Unicode Emoji standard v15.1). Please, wait the new update.

This extension is perfect! Gnome's Characters or KDE's Emoji Picker don't reach the level of this extension, thank you very much to the developer for his time!
