If you cannot enable "Also insert directly", maybe it's because you deny the permission? In that case, go to Addons (about:addons), select "Emoji" and in the "Permissions" tab be sure you enabled the permission "Access your data for all websites" (which permits to insert directly in the websites).

发布于 2 年前The “insert directly” for now works only for website which use “textarea” or “input”. For example Facebook doesn’t use those. Sorry - 评分 5 / 5来自 That One Guy， 2 年前I really like the extension. The emojis can also be used as folder icons for your bookmarks bar. If you have removed the default folder shaped icons from your bookmarks bar.
