This and a security extension are the only extensions that I've installed on every browser I've used for years. Fireshot works every time, exactly as I need it to and the free features such as file format are amazing. I'm installing on a new browser today and thought I'd finally rate it 5 well-deserved stars.

The online documentation is inaccurate. The developer says it will be fixed and literally years later, it remains the same. If you upgrade to get premium tech support, it is meaningless because you won't get replies either via email or the joke of a support forum. The "lifetime" license doesn't mean lifetime if you change browsers, despite the sales verbiage promising you can easily do so. I wish I had the hours back I spent wrestling with this extension.

This is an extremely useful tool for capturing document images on a page (WYSIWYG) in PDF format, then using the saved PDF file to print the page. Awesome extension.
