Like others said, it's usable but much of the app/settings are not in english so there are some things that are hard to understand.

为什么只能标记三十个啊？另外插件确实是好插件，但是用户体验糟糕，希望开发者能联系我，我可以提供相应的体验提升的帮助。

It's great, though the english translations is incomplete. Not everything is in english but it is usable.
