PopupScope is a browser extension that detects and analyzes intrusive popups, overlays, and modal dialogs on modern websites. Instead of simply blocking popups, it inspects how they behave and explains why they are classified as intrusive.

The extension monitors webpages in real time and evaluates popup elements using behavioral heuristics such as screen coverage, layering, and interaction blocking. Detected elements are scored and displayed in a simple interface so users and developers can understand what is happening behind the scenes.
