VERY basic functionality. The only setting is to hide the box, and if you hide it, the only way to bring it back seems to be to disable and re-enable the addon. Also it shows reading time for any and all website content - it would be much more helpful if it filtered to the content divs of popular blogging and news platforms (or if it let the user select the text frame for each domain like AdBlock's Element Hiding Helper does).
