Is it possible to open SingleFileZ files without installing the SingleFileZ extension? Because in mobile cannot install the extension.

This is possible only on Desktop. On mobile, you need to run a HTTP server with termux for example, see https://github.com/gildas-lormeau/SingleFileZ/issues/147#issuecomment-1398756944.
