It only seems to work properly on some web pages. And I can't figure out (if it's possible) to simply jump to the actual page, after viewing the changes.

SiteDelta Watch will only work on pages that do not rely on JavaScript to create or show their content (because it disables JavaScript for technical and security reasons).

To jump to the actual page after viewing changes, you can click the SiteDelta toolbar button and select "Open page..."
