Might be that the website you are visiting is not in the filter list.
You may add it by making a pull request at https://github.com/indexerrowaty/StopWatchingPornOrGetAssaded/

Update: You may also block additional websites in the extension settings.

it plays the video for everything, no matter what you search up. It works kind of like a virus; not an extension.
