I'm afraid this doesn't work here. Windows 10, FF 66.0.3 64bit.

I may have misunderstood the purpose of the add-on however. What I am looking for is something that stops the next video or song playing in YT after the one one is currently listening to. This add-on doesn't do this. After I play video x I get a circle timer with an option to cancel the next one playing, so manual cancellation of the following video is still necessary.

Works for me. When I visit YouTube and click on a video, it does not play automatically. When I click on the play button, it plays again.
