    So far it has been a huge upgrade on StarVPN both in performance and reliability. The only issue I have that I would take off only half a point if I could, is that on YouTube some channels can detect I'm using a VPN and the content is blocked. Which is half the reason to use a VPN in the first place. Otherwise its been solid as a rock. I blindly signed up for 2 years and I'm glad I did as the first 3 months have been great

    Hi, we're glad to hear that you're enjoying Surfshark overall. As for streaming services, you should be able to use all websites and streaming services when using a VPN, provided you are not violating the terms of the particular website or streaming service. If you follow the service provider's or website's terms but still cannot reach them when using Surfshark, please get in touch with us at support@surfshark.com.

    love love this extension - provides flexibility for when i need to be connected to a different location than the rest of my pc when binge watching lol

    also LOVE firefox!

    Nothing bad to say about it. Mostly works well, sometimes it disconnects though and you need to reconnect.

    Hopeless. Complicated to set up firefox and detect extension and it does not remove ads on youtube or yahoo which is why I subscribed.

    Hi there. Our CleanWeb ad blocker should reduce the number of ads and banners you see. In this case, we recommend reinstalling the Firefox extension to see if that helps with this issue.     I keep getting a pop-up that this add-on is slowing down the browser down while the VPN is disabled and inactive, and pages don't refresh until I stop it.
