If nothing turns up, try requesting the reset again after a few minutes. Lately I've had to log into it every time I open Firefox. It just logs me out every time the browser is closed. This started happening like 2 weeks ago and still no fix. If that issue weren't prominent, it would be 5 stars.

Maybe it's the servers or something else entirely, but when it happens it just shits the bed. Otherwise perfect! It even has split tunneling!
