If nothing turns up, try requesting the reset again after a few minutes. Should the email still not arrive, please contact our support team at support.nordvpn.com, and they’ll restore access for you as quickly as possible. -P.B.

    It has stopped working. I have a 2-year subscription that I can't use. Every time I try to log in, it says "Sorry, we're having problems logging you in'. And there's nothing I can do about it.

    A great VPN. Lately I've had to log into it every time I open Firefox. It just logs me out every time the browser is closed. This started happening like 2 weeks ago and still no fix. If that issue weren't prominent, it would be 5 stars.

    Usually great, but it depends on the day. Maybe it's the servers or something else entirely, but when it happens it just shits the bed. Otherwise perfect! It even has split tunneling!
