The people who make this app are the most amateur developers in the world. In addition to the fact that it's so slow that most of the tabs don't open, many websites block it when it's on (not because of nordvpn IP). And what's extra irritating is the daily login. Very amateur team...

If nothing turns up, try requesting the reset again after a few minutes.
