- Absolute garbage. the customer service is non existent and canceling a subscription is next to impossible. The online FAQ just keeps redirecting to itself and any link to do their "live chat" is fake. The advertised 24/7 customer support is a lie and you'll be asked 3 times to fill out a survey about why you want to cancel just to be again redirected to the FAQ. Email is the only way to get even a automated response just to again be linked to the FAQ and a survey.

- 评分 1 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 17125552， 2 年前After about 3 to 5 minutes of using the Surfshark Firefox extension my computer internet connection slows to a crawl. Tried support but to no avail. The support group at Surfshark gave many suggestions but none seemed to fix the problem.
This problem has only been occurring in the last 3-4 months. Probably a fault in the updated software.....my guess.开发者回应
