    This has recently (7/25/24) stopped working as youtube detects it and refuses to play videos until I turn it off. It is a great addon when it works. Please update.

    Only half works. It prevents ads from playing, but your video stops and you still have to click "skip ad" to make the video play again. Would pay for it if it didn't stop my videos still.

    The main video has also been turned into an advertisement and is fast forwarding...

    Used to work, but sneakily making it closed source and adding code for payment is sleazy. If you wanted a way for people to thank you, just have a button that takes you to patreon, paypal, or of ko-fi for an optional donation.

    The upgrade was hastily put and the current limit is 3 not just the one. And I have already increased the limit to 50 and submitted it to the store.

    A new upgrade has already been submitted but it'll take the dev team a day or two to give it the green light and roll out the new version.

    Seems like people don't even want to make a one-time contribution, I will be discontinuing the support and will be not replying to threads after the next update.

    Slows down Youtube browsing significantly. Worked up until I got a popup asking me to upgrade to the pro version. When I said no, the adblocker "mysteriously" stopped working.

    I REALLY wish this wasn't the only method of getting around Youtube's bs.

    Just reload the extension and it will start working again, it's a bug.

    But, I understand your concern and have made the requested changes.

    Used to work, but no more. I've logged out of Youtube and uninstalled/reinstalled the add-on. I get Youtube's pop-up immediately.

    Update: Running 2.0. Works in private window, otherwise I get the pop-up. I'm happy using it in a private window.

    Another update: Since I was happy with the extension, I decided to shell out $5.99.

    But now I'm getting ads. Granted they let me skip after a few seconds, but it was better before I paid. I deleted and reloaded the extension to no avail.

    Which version are you on, what does the counter say (more than 50)?

    Please update the version to 2.0 and it will remove the constant paywall mechanism.

    It is fixed now. v1.6 works like a hot knife in butter.
