来自 Firefox 用户 18239263，10 个月前They charged me an additional $28.99 aside from the $65.34, when I specifically stated I DID NOT WANT a 12 month extension upon signing up.
Their customer support is simply terrible, as they proclaim to be able to easily claim a refund through their live chat - which I tried after receiving those emails; however, none of their live chat links on the website work.
When I finally get a work around to the live chat, I only get the option to cancel the auto-renewal, but not my money back.
I lost $94.33 in a minute. This company scams people out of their money.
