I need a series of Tutorials. One sensitive financial account has been added and does not work. I need to remove that and start over. Others are working.So how can I speak with a person?

Looking forward to hearing from you! - Rated 1 out of 5by jzen, 3 years agoThe Firefox add-on won't install so I haven't been able to use 1Password at all. Frustrated. All I get is "installation aborted because add-on appears to be corrupted". I've asked 1Password community support but no help yet.

Agradecería mayor integración automática con otros servicios para importar/exportar contraseñas ya que ahora hay que hacerlo manualmente.

- Rated 1 out of 5by metasmith, 3 years agoLatest update is constantly logging me out regularly -- like once an hour or more -- which it never did before. Why fix what's not broken? I have "Connect with 1Password in the browser" and "Integrate with 1Password app" checked in as usual.

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. It sounds like you may need to adjust your auto lock settings which can be done within your 1Password desktop app: https://support.1password.com/auto-lock/#manage-auto-lock-in-the-1password-app.

- Rated 1 out of 5by fomartelan, 3 years agoI use multiple browsers. I hate having to sign in on ever browser when I have the desktop app. This is the whole reason I've stayed with 1password when my job gives me a free lastpass account.

It sounds like the connection to automatically unlock your extension with the desktop app isn't working as expected.

In order to use 1Password in your browser with a standalone license you will need to install the classic version of 1Password in your browser. Here is the link to install this: https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/.
