The online FAQ just keeps redirecting to itself and any link to do their "live chat" is fake. The advertised 24/7 customer support is a lie and you'll be asked 3 times to fill out a survey about why you want to cancel just to be again redirected to the FAQ. Email is the only way to get even a automated response just to again be linked to the FAQ and a survey.

Therefore every secure website kicks you out because it does not accept you're not in your own country. The solution should be when exiting the VPN quits BOTH modes.
